The idea
What does Rekha mean?
Rekha (रेखा) is the Hindi and Sanskrit word for "line". It is the second half of KALREKHA, कालरेखा: kaal (काल) means time, and rekha a line. Together they mean the line of time.
The REKHA tee draws that idea literally: a single vertical line running through the phases of the moon, one of the oldest ways people have measured time. It is the only light tee in the first collection, printed on bone.
